That's where we come in.
Pnuma Music Group, LLC is an independent record label based in Atlanta, GA, USA. Our aim of starting this business was to work with established and upcoming recording artists to either launch their music career or push their music career to higher heights. As these individuals are balancing work, school, and life, we are working on their behalf to be the tree of life for their talent.

We desire to equip and empower our artists by giving them the desired platform to use their voice. Our mission as an independent record label is to build a label geared towards helping our artists and our community reach their highest heights by breathing life into their careers.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hayley Reed (also known as Hayley Deonna') is an entrepreneur and creative who always knew music was her destiny. Originally from Muscle Shoals, AL, her love of music blossomed while attending undergrad at Fisk University in Nashville, TN. While there, Hayley Deonna was a member of the award winning Fisk Jubilee Singers ®.
After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Music and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hayley Deonna set out to pursue a career in music, wholeheartedly. She was determined to learn the ins and outs of the industry through lived experience and hard work.
Hayley Deonna launched Pnuma Music Group in 2008. With over 14 years of experience in the music industry as a recording artist, songwriter and producer, inspired Hayley Deonna to create a haven for artists. She has a meticulous eye for talent and enjoys helping recording artists who are balancing work, school, and life take flight themselves. Hayley Deonna now resides in Atlanta, GA with her family.
